GERMAN SHORT ROWS
Tutorial video – How to do German Short rows. A short row technique – for neat and invisible shapings of your knitting. Short rows means knitting back- and forth instead of knitting the entire row/round on your knitting.
You can use GSR for shaping all kinds of knitting , from shoulders, sock heels to back of baby pants. There are several ways to do short rows – German short rows is one of them.
When you do GSR you make a “double stitch” . When knitting past this stitch next turn you knit the doublestitch together as 1 stitch for an invisible short row.
